Demuregram LLC — Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Customer”) and Demuregram LLC (“Demuregram”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of Demuregram Hosting services available at host.demuregram.com.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access hosting, cloud instances, and domain services, you must register a customer account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration and billing information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and SSH credentials.

3. Service Provisioning and Allocations

Hosting services, KVM cloud compute instances, and domain registrations are provisioned upon payment authorization. Resource allocations (including vCPU, RAM, NVMe storage, and network bandwidth) are governed by the specific package selected at checkout.

4. Billing, Renewals, and Grace Periods

Services operate on recurring subscription billing (Monthly or Annually). Invoices are generated prior to renewal. Accounts with overdue payments enter a mandatory five (5) day grace period. Services unpaid after the expiration of the grace period will be automatically suspended. Data retention for suspended services is preserved for fifteen (15) days prior to termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Demuregram LLC be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data.
