1. Shared Cloud Hosting — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your Starter, Business, or Enterprise Shared Cloud Hosting package, you may request a 100% full refund within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase.

2. Cloud VPS & Dedicated Compute Instances

Cloud VPS instances may be cancelled at any time via the Customer Command Center. Unused compute time within the first seven (7) days of deployment is eligible for a pro-rated account balance credit upon verification by technical support.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Domain name registrations (.com, .ai, etc.) and issued SSL certificates involve immediate, non-reversible registry fees paid to upstream registries and are strictly non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Refund requests must be submitted via the Support Desk at host.demuregram.com/my-account/support/ under the “Billing & Invoices” department.
